• Next, place the smaller box into a medium FedEx box, seal the box and affix the shipping label to it. Sealing the box and labeling it will help reduce the accidental loss of the item as it is in transit by you to FedEx.

It’s also very important to ensure that the shipping container isn’t labeled with the item you are shipping. This will go a long way in keeping your package protected.

• Our first choice is called a scheduled shipping. This option makes it so that customers can choose to schedule a specific time for our appraisers to open the package live on video. At the time of your appraisal, Vasco Assets representatives will contact you and showcase your jewelry appraisal on camera at the agreed-upon time.

         A scheduled shipping will allow you to witness your packaged being opened in real-time/live secured streamed event just for you.

•  If you are not available at the scheduled time for the live streaming evaluation, we will record it (without any editing) and contact you with the final offer for your piece.
