In searching for a collateral asset lender for a personal loan based on a luxury item, I was surprised at the significantly better deal I received from this company, compared to 4 other companies from Los Angeles and South to Orange County.

Including a well known "celebrity" lender in Los Angeles who made an awful offer. I would say more but beware and do your homework before cutting a deal.

I recieved a much fairer market value estimate on my item, a greater loan to item value amount and a significantly lower interest rate quote almost 50% lower than 1 competitor.. Highly recommend this company.

LuxLoc offers LTV up to 80% depending on the asset class and the specific asset.
LuxLoc offers standard terms with a principal amount of a minimum of $20,000 and maximum of $99,999. LuxLoc customized terms are available for principal amounts exceeding $100,000, which will be determined based on customer, individualized asset, and LTV used.
There is no origination fee or hidden fees to access LuxLoc. LuxLoc does charge a maintenance fee based on the length of the term of the agreement. A LuxLoc maintenance fee will be assessed regardless of use to cover insurance storage and administrative costs. The LuxLoc fee is due every 30 days.
If fees for any withdrawal are not paid on the due date, the borrower will be granted a grace period of 10 days during which a late fee will accrue. Payment will be due on or before the 10th day.
LuxLoc offers six (6) and twelve month terms.
No. LuxLoc requires no appraisal and no credit reporting.
LuxLoc principal amount will be determined upon evaluation of your collateral.

  1. LuxLoc offers its customers, now for the first time, to choose between an outright loan, and an OPTION to activate a loan at any time of your choice having first secured a credit line for yourself at  a totally negligeable cost.
  2. The biggest difference is that a Credit Line costs a fraction of the cost of an actual line, at the moment 0.5% of the amount you may want to borrow, if and when you come across an opportunity you feel is right for you. 
  3. Only then, if and when you choose to consummate this opportunity, will you start borrowing up to the limit of the credit line you had secured, and only then do you start paying the loan’s interest rate.

LuxLoc will evaluate the item(s) you post as security against your new credit line and advise you the limits of your new credit line. No appraisal fees.
